This is a wonderful practice. Especially helpful when you're about to perform during a sport or have a serious work converation. It resets you and you think more clearly. The words you couldn't find before are suddenly easier to access.

When I do a “meditative walk” I pay attention to both my breath and the sensations in my feet.

Thanks for this. I´ve been practicing the last few days and find it effective but subtle. I don´t feel dramatically different afterwards -- it´s not like going to the spa -- but when I think about it I notice that the worry I had been perseverating on earlier just isn´t there anymore.
